Cage Cashier - PT

Roles & Responsibilities Accurately conduct cage transactions in a timely fashion while maintaining bank balance Provide exceptional service in a professional and friendly manner to both guests and team members Responsible for following all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as Lake Erie Poker policies and procedures Inform management of any suspicious or unusual activity Contribute to a positive team-based environment and assist in all areas of the club as requested by management Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality Protect company assets Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum one-year heavy cash handling experience Must be comfortable handling and working with chips Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy Ability to pass a basic math test Always maintain a professional appearance Exceptional Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Effectively communicate in the English language
