Job Summary

You'll learn the full range of a culinary operation at one of the top clubs in the country, from a la carte and private event service to pastry, purchasing, and team leadership. This program prepares culinary graduates to step into leadership roles in the kitchen.

Essential Functions

Execute a la carte, high volume, and private event service. Take part in pastry and specialty production. Handle menu prep, purchasing, and inventory. Maintain food safety, quality, and kitchen organization. Build your understanding of labor, scheduling, budgeting, and cost awareness. Develop team leadership skills and collaborate with the front of house team.

Requirements

Passion for the culinary industry and eagerness to learn. Interest in building toward leadership roles in the kitchen. Curious, dependable, and detail oriented. Commitment to producing excellent experiences for members and guests.

Education and Experience

Culinary graduate.
