Performance Criteria Quality of Ideas You understand what makes a good idea. You can articulate an idea clearly and compellingly. Your ideas are making it into client presentations? Executional/Technical Ability & Platform Knowledge You’re able to bring an idea to life in an executional format. You can write a good headline.

You can write a bunch of good headlines. You can art direct a good poster, or deck, or keyframe? You can come up with ideas across platforms. Creative Output You can handle more than one project at a time. You can effectively manage your time.
