About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedMastercam Turning Programmer & CNC Turning Machine Setter to join our high-precision machining team in Israel. The role combines CNC turning program creation using Mastercam with hands-on machine setup to deliver high-quality, accurate components.

Requirements

Develop and optimize CNC turning programs using Mastercam software. Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters. Set up CNC turning machines, including tooling, chucking, and offset adjustments. Conduct first-off inspections using micrometres, callipers, bore gauges, and other precision tools.

Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or setups for quality and efficiency. Maintain production quality, machine safety, and process documentation. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Mastercam turning programming and CNC turning machine setup. Strong understanding of turning processes, tooling selection, and cycle time optimization. Proficiency in precision measurement and quality inspection. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to relocate or work in Israel.

Qualifications

& Experience Minimum Education: High School Diploma Technical/associate degree (Preferred) Preferred Experience: 5–8 years of experience as a Mastercam Turning Programmer & CNC Turning Machine Setter in a production environment. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering.

Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Knowledge of machining materials like steel, Titanium, stainless steel, aluminium, and exotic alloys.
