About the Opportunity: This premier firm is expanding its elite M&A team and looking for an associate with 4+ years of experience leading and executing complex M&A transactions. Candidates should bring strong experience drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements and leading deal processes from inception to closing.

Ideal Candidate: 4–6 years of experience in M&A transactions for both public and private companies Significant experience drafting key transaction documents Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school Current admission to the New York Bar Previous training at a leading Am.
