Hygiene Operator

What's the role about?  Carrying out thorough cleaning of equipment, production areas, and facilities to support food safety and operational efficiency  Following hygiene schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and quality standards  Work cross-functionally to maintain high standards of cleaning to support equipment care and cleaning to maintain operational efficiency and product safety & quality  Supporting waste management and recycling initiatives to help us meet our environmental goals  Working closely with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and clear communication  Taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment How will you stand out?

 Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within food manufacturing or a similar environment  A hands-on, proactive attitude with great attention to detail  Understanding of food safety, health & safety, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)  Capable of thriving in both individual and collaborative work environments  Comfortable working on a 4 on 4 off pattern  Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
