Live Commerce Operator Intern

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce livestream production across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, and Facebook Live. You’ll work behind the scenes to help deliver smooth, high-quality live broadcasts.

What You'll Do

• Assist in setting up cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming equipment
• Support OBS Studio setup (scenes, overlays, graphics, and transitions)
• Run pre-live checks (internet, audio/video sync, stream quality)
• Operate livestream controls during broadcasts (scene switching, overlays, product pinning)
• Monitor stream performance and help troubleshoot minor issues in real time
• Assist in post-live tasks like teardown, recording export, and file organization

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia, IT, Broadcasting, Film, or related courses
• At least 600 internship hours.
• Basic knowledge of audio/video equipment and livestream tools (OBS is a plus)
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or Facebook Live
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
