Senior Business Analyst (WeSign)

ACG_3789_JOB Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Work directly with customers to gather, clarify, and understand business requirements. Analyze business needs and prepare clear, structured business requirement specifications and related documentation.

Communicate and explain business requirements to developers, ensuring the development team fully understands customer expectations and intended workflows. Participate in software acceptance testing to verify that the delivered product fully and accurately meets customer requirements. Research and analyze competing software products and recommend improvements to enhance the company’s electronic contract and e-signature solution.

The position will focus on an electronic contract and digital signing SaaS product designed for business customers.

Requirements

Must Have Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant discipline. At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on involvement in customer research, requirements analysis, business documentation, and collaboration with development and testing teams. Strong customer research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to quickly identify key issues and synthesize information effectively.

Proven ability to prepare business documentation, translate business needs into clear functional requirements, and provide training or guidance to relevant stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise software, or platforms serving multiple organizations is highly preferred. Experience with digital signature or electronic signing products is considered a strong advantage. Good time-management skills and the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
