Service Technician – The Fitzgerald Location: Mount Vernon/Midtown, Baltimore City Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5 PM Compensation: $26/hour (based on experience) . As a Service Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

#IND2 The Fitzgerald, located at UB Midtown in Baltimore, City, is in need of a qualified worker to join our service team. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually.

Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.
