Extracurricular Internship Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions

At Generali, within theInsurance Divisionthat includes countries all around the world, between Asia, South America, and Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to support ourMergers & Acquisitions team.

The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following activities:

• Support in the execution of extraordinary transactions in the Generali Group

• Participation in the main processes related to acquisitions and disposals

• Support to the Insurance M&A team in day-to-day project management activities i.e. - but not limited to:

• market scouting

• strategic/financial planning

• valuation model

• contracts review

• documents for internal committees

• Support for reporting and preparing effective PowerPoint presentations
