About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Nirimba, you'll ignite a love of learning through purposeful, engaging teaching practices that inspire curiosity and confidence. You'll build strong relationships with children and families, creating a sense of belonging where every child feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.

Working closely with our centre leadership team, you'll lead educational programs, mentor best practice, and help deliver exceptional outcomes for our children. About Goodstart Nirimba New, purpose-built centre located in the heart of Aura on Kabi Kabi Country. Supporting children across Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten learning environments.

Modern learning spaces open directly onto beautiful outdoor areas, including a unique adventure fort designed to encourage exploration and active play. Children enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared onsite. A diverse and multicultural team with support available. Strong connections with the local community, including experiences such as visits to the local primary school, parks and bush kindy.

The centre operates 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday Conveniently located at 1 Salwood Lane, Nirimba, near Nirimba Drive and Nirimba State Primary School.
