We seek two (2) Family Children Medicaid (FCMA) Supervisors to provide supervision and administrative oversight of the daily activities of eligibility caseworkers involved in applications and ongoing cases in FCMA in the Economic Services division at the Northern Regional Center location.

Essential functions

Creating and maintaining a work environment with open communication, teamwork and excellent customer service with the team and other staff Sharing knowledge of all facets of the program, and all available resources with staff Ensuring that work generated by staff is accurate and completed in a timely manner Completing case reviews and documenting findings in appropriate databases to record the accuracy of work being performed by staff Communicating to staff any issues, policies or changes that influence job responsibilities and case management practices Supervising personnel by performing yearly evaluations, interviewing and hiring staff, and resolving personnel issues whenever warranted Serving on the management team and attending meetings We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package to our employees, which includes 5% toward a 401k, medical and dental coverage, and paid time off!
