This is a part-time or PRN position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nutritional needs through comprehensive evaluations and medical history reviews
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Provide dietary counseling and education to patients and their families
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in clinical nutrition and dietetics
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
• Current registration and licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Proven experience in clinical nutrition, healthcare, or a related setting
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
