Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care routines
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards Skills and Qualifications:
• Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or registration as required
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
