Automotive Porter Cable Dahmer Buick GMC of Kansas City Full-Time | Saturday Availability required Cable Dahmer of Buick GMC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Service Porter to join our automotive service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and being part of a team that provides an excellent customer experience.

This position is also an excellent entry point for someone interested in becoming a Lube Technician or Automotive Apprentice. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a dealership environment, work alongside experienced technicians, and learn the daily operations of a professional service department.

Responsibilities

Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle movement and lot organization Keep the service drive, parking areas, and work areas clean and organized Help maintain an organized inventory of vehicles Assist with basic vehicle cleaning and preparation Provide friendly and professional support to customers and team members Follow all dealership safety procedures Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent time management and reliability. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
