Job Description – ER Technician Department: Emergency Department Function: Non-Clinical Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 3–5 Years Qualification: B.Sc. in Emergency / Emergency Care Salary: Up to ₹50,000 Gross per Month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ER Technician to support the Emergency Department.

The candidate will assist the emergency medical team in patient assessment, emergency care, resuscitation support, and patient handling.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in emergency response, initial patient assessment, and triage. Support BLS/ACLS protocols, resuscitation, and airway management. Prepare, check, and maintain emergency medical equipment. Assist doctors and nursing staff during emergency procedures. Coordinate patient transfers within the Emergency Department. Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols.

Maintain emergency records and ensure smooth coordination with the medical team.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Emergency / Emergency Care is mandatory. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital Emergency Department. Hands-on experience in emergency patient handling and resuscitation support. Knowledge of BLS/ACLS protocols preferred. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency care environment. Benefits
