Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship & Case Management Own and manage assigned JSM cases from login completion until final disbursement. Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the loan process. Collect required documents, signatures, and consent letters from customers. Support customers during bank visits whenever required. Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth customer experience.
2. Bank Coordination & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned bank branches and officials. Coordinate loan inspections, sanction approvals, documentation, and tranche disbursements. Follow up regularly with branch managers and loan officers to expedite case processing. Resolve bank queries and documentation issues within agreed timelines.
3. Loan Processing & Timeline Management Ensure timely completion of all loan processing stages, including inspections, sanctions, documentation, and disbursements. Monitor each case closely and drive adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs). Ensure second tranche disbursement is completed within 10 days of commissioning report upload. Escalate delays, non-cooperation, or high-risk cases to the Reporting Manager and AGM

• JSM Loans. Rejected, Cancelled & Refund Cases Update rejected or cancelled cases on the Freyr Energy Platform (FEP) with accurate reasons. Coordinate with the JSM Login Team for case re-login when customers wish to continue. Arrange alternate bank details within 4 working days for reprocessing. Upload supporting documents for refund and rejection-related cases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Processing, or Customer Financing. Good understanding of retail loan documentation and credit processes. Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups efficiently.
