Lead Safety Officer

12-Month Position JOB GOAL : Supervises the High School Safety Officers and the elementary/middle schools Safety Officers as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma Required. Prefer, a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the field of Federal, State or Municipal Law Enforcement. Appropriate endorsement of all academy and training certifications and others as may be required by the Board. Prefer, five (5) years of experience as Supervisor of Federal, State or Municipal Law Enforcement personnel.

Demonstrated competence to use a computer as a tool for management. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills working with staff, students and community members at-large. Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.
