Bakery Associate

POSITION SUMMARY The Bakery Associate assists in preparing baked goods, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a team setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: ● Prepare, package, and label baked goods according to recipes and standards ● Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all baking areas and equipment ● Stock displays and rotate products to ensure freshness ● Take custom orders and answer customer questions with a friendly attitude ● Assist with inventory checks and restocking ingredients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) ● Previous bakery, kitchen, or food service experience preferred but not required ● Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail ● Strong communication and customer service skills ● Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
