JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager leads a portfolio of concurrent operations and growth initiatives for Orthopaedic Solutions Management (OSM) and its affiliated practices, including new clinic openings, relocations, operational transformation work, and other strategic initiatives that support a growing healthcare organization. Working within the Project Management Office (PMO), this position partners with executive sponsors, functional leaders, vendors, and practice leadership to translate organizational priorities into clear, executable plans. The Senior Project Manager builds project plans, manages scope, tracks budgets and timelines, mitigates risks, and holds stakeholders accountable through structured project management practices.
