Project Manager

In this position, you will: Lead the development of the company’s science and technology innovation planning, strategies and capability layouts Organize and oversee the formulation of technical roadmaps, strategies, and milestones Develop and refine the company’s long-term technology strategy and mid-to-long-term innovation plans Coordinate trials for new technologies and products and provide recommendations for the deployment of new technologies Oversee the management of R&D projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution, to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Other job duties assigned by supervisor To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Master Degree or above in the relevant field, such as computer, electronics, communications and other related majors At least 8 years of work experience, with over 2 years in the technology innovation field Preferably participated as a leader or key member in major company-level or higher scientific research projects, with patents or related scientific research achievements in the professional field Good organizational and coordination skills Self-motivated, organized, service oriented, good team player with strong sense of responsibility Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
