Integrated Business Planning Manager

The Integrated Business Planning Manager is responsible for connecting Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams into a single integrated planning process. This role owns the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, planning analytics, key performance indicator (KPI) governance, and scenario modeling to ensure executive decision-making is driven by data and aligned business plans.

The Integrated Business Planning Manager serves as the central link between forecasted demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, and customer service objectives. This role drives the evolution from a traditional Demand/Supply Planning organization toward a mature Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
