Toddler Teacher Assistant

We're looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our team and support our lead teachers in caring for and educating our youngest learners.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teacher in daily classroom activities and routines Support toddlers with feeding, diapering, and toilet training Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Engage children in play-based learning and age-appropriate activities Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff Observe and report child development milestones and any concerns Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with young children Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teaching staff Must meet all local/state licensing requirements (e.
