Full-Charge Bookkeeper

We believe sound financial management is the backbone of a successful team. We’re looking for a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to drive our daily financial accuracy. You'll have direct impact by keeping our accounts compliant, our reports clear, and our day-to-day books in perfect shape. Daily Impact Take full ownership of daily bookkeeping, including AP, AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure financial precision by completing month-end closings that strictly adhere to GAAP. Keep detailed records of company inventory, capital assets, and depreciation. Translate raw financial data into clear summaries that help guide executive decision-making.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Track Record: At least 3 years in a full-charge bookkeeping role. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (2+ years mandatory) and Excel. Professional Ethics: Proven track record of discretion and trustworthy handling of sensitive information.

Preferred Extras Previous work experience in small/mid-sized businesses or nonprofits. Conversational or fluent in Spanish.
