Purchasing & Procurement Specialist

The Purchasing & Procurement Specialist is responsible for purchasing materials, components, and/or services required to support business operations while ensuring competitive pricing, supplier performance, quality, and on-time delivery. This role will actively manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost-reduction opportunities, with a strong focus on Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and overall procurement performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of purchasing or procurement experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
