Head of Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead the growth function at a scaling AI-powered business communications SaaS company, reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the growth engine across marketing and product, shape international expansion, and build a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and optimize the growth funnel across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
• Lead product growth initiatives, including funnel design, pricing, positioning, and onboarding.
• Set growth strategy and KPIs, make data-informed budget and channel decisions, and report performance to the CEO.
• Build and scale a marketing and growth team, including hiring and setting team priorities.
• Plan and lead expansion into international markets, measuring growth across regions.
• Develop lifecycle marketing and customer retention initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 8 years of marketing or growth leadership experience, including scaling high-growth companies.
• Experience managing annual marketing budgets of €15M or more, with P&L accountability.
• A track record of launching and growing products in international markets, ideally across Europe.
• Background in B2B SaaS, product-led growth, AI, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.
• Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, website optimization, CRO, growth analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading teams and owning end-to-end marketing and product marketing, from brand and demand generation through onboarding and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining growth strategy and KPIs, with direct CEO-level reporting.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary: €150,000 to €250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Germany. On-site work is also available in Vienna, Austria; Barcelona, Spain; or London, United Kingdom. Relocation support is available.
