Technical Support - Process Engineer, 60-100%

Your role

Drive the development of CRM and other tools used in Technical Support, with CRM as your primary focus As a member of the CRM Panel, structure requirements and turn them into practical improvements in collaboration with process owners and IT Proactively evaluate new features and updates, coordinate release testing, and develop automated tests to ensure system stability and high data quality Create documentation and training materials, develop Power BI reports, monitor KPIs, and contribute your process and system expertise to cross-functional projects What makes you a great fit Educational background or comparable professional experience in IT, business administration, process management, or a related field Experience with business applications and an interest in working at the intersection of processes, data, and IT Experience creating BI reports, preferably using Power BI, and a good understanding of data structures, data analysis, and KPIs An independent and well-organized approach, confident communication with a wide range of stakeholders, excellent English skills, and openness to occasional travel What our team appreciates most Flexible working models that adapt to your life Learning and development opportunities for professional and personal growth An international environment with English as our common language An in-house canteen offering freshly prepared meals Family & childcare support for working parents, including flexible and holiday childcare options Sustainable mobility options and support for eco-friendly commuting Passion and motivation are just as important to us as the job profile.
