Exercise Physiologist, Full time

Exercise Physiologist at Community Hospital, you will have a significant impact in several key areas, contributing to both the immediate and long-term health and well-being of recovering patients. In this position, you will engage in the structure and development of individualized treatment plans for patient care that are directed to improve the respiratory, cardiac, and other systems of the body.

Working closely with providers to prescribe exercise regimens for patients, provide education, and promote lifestyle modifications to aid in prevention, improvement in health and well-being, and improve quality of life.
