As a Branch Advisor / Universal Advisor, you will: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that support retention and growth. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate banking and financial solutions.

Connect with customers by living our brand promise of "How can we help you?" Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell relevant products and services. Educate customers on digital, self-service, and e-channel banking platforms aligned to their needs. Provide compliant financial advice and solutions in accordance with FAIS requirements where applicable.

Manage leads, referrals, and customer follow-ups within agreed turnaround times. Achieve individual sales, service, and customer experience targets. Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation. Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), and internal governance requirements. Stay informed on industry developments, product knowledge, and system enhancements.

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in every customer interaction. Take accountability for personal performance, continuous learning, and career development. Contribute positively to team performance and business objectives. Minimum Requirements Minimum Qualification Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4.
