Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our healthcare service team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and growing our social media presence by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and helping us maintain an active, positive online presence. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone passionate about social media and the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling social media posts. Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner. Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas that align with company goals. Help develop and maintain content calendars for social media platforms. Assist in running social media campaigns and promotions.

Track and analyze social media performance, reporting key metrics to the team. Maintain awareness of healthcare trends to ensure relevant content is shared. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s values, mission, and legal/ethical standards in healthcare.

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms. Excellent written communication skills. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar). Creative, with an eye for visual content (images, videos, infographics). Interest in the healthcare industry and awareness of related issues.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail.
