Facilities Maintenance Technician 1

Performs a variety of building and grounds renovation, repair and maintenance work and may work independently or on a team and perform semi-skilled to skilled mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping and other building and facilities maintenance duties. Work includes repairs; electrical changes or equipment relocations; equipment movement/set up involving technology and HVAC; moving office and facilities operations' arranging, assembling and repairing furniture; preparing and installing building signs; painting parking lot stripes; and related maintenance support tasks.
