Call or text Yanny directly at 917-487-4211 . Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. This position is ideal for an FNP seeking predictable hours, meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and long-term stability.

You'll provide comprehensive primary care in a 100% outpatient environment with dedicated administrative time and physician collaboration. SCHEDULE & PRACTICE

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts may also be accommodated
• 36 clinical hours per week
• 4 administrative hours per week
• 100% outpatient setting
• 1:12 phone-only call shared with an MD
• Athena EMR
• Physician collaboration and support CLINICAL ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Build ongoing relationships with patients and the surrounding community.
• Practice with autonomy while collaborating with physicians and the broader care team.
• Support continuity of care in a team-based outpatient environment.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: $110,000-$135,000 based on experience
• Fiscal-year productivity bonus

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Active Maine Nurse Practitioner license OR ability to obtain Maine licensure REQUIRED
• DEA registration REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-based care environment
