Intake Specialist – Jacksonville, FL Full-Time | On-Site | Spanish Required Join a fast-paced legal intake team focused on providing professional and responsive support to prospective clients. We are seeking experienced Intake Specialists to join our Jacksonville Call Center. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and requires excellent communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a high-volume environment.

Available Schedules Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules: Schedule 1: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Schedule 2: Tuesday – Saturday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Spanish is REQUIRED for both schedules. What You’ll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from prospective clients
• Serve as the first point of contact and provide a professional client experience
• Gather detailed information regarding incidents and potential cases
• Conduct initial intake and accurately document client and case information
• Identify potential cases and escalate qualified leads according to established procedures
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with English- and Spanish-speaking prospective clients
• Maintain accurate information within the case management system
• Meet performance expectations related to call quality, response time, accuracy, and client conversion What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is REQUIRED
• Previous Intake, Call Center, Customer Service, or similar high-volume phone experience
• Legal or Personal Injury intake experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to build rapport and handle sensitive conversations professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to consistently work the assigned schedule Work Structure On-site – Jacksonville, Florida ⏰ Full-Time | 40 hours per week Available shifts: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM OR Tuesday–Saturday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM ⚠️ Applicants must speak Spanish and English and be available for one of the schedules listed above.
