Cleaning Area Supervisor

CLEANING AREA SUPERVISOR. Location : Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Payrate : £15.00 per/hour. Part time. Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. CS Cleaning is looking for a motivated, organized and experienced Area Supervisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage cleaning operatives across multiple client sites. Carry out regular site visits and cleaning audits to ensure high standards are maintained. Monitor staff performance, attendance and timekeeping. Organize holiday cover and arrange emergency staffing when required. Deliver training, guidance and support to cleaning operatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Respond promptly and professionally to client feedback and complaints. Ensure all health and safety procedures and company policies are followed. Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and stock levels. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans. Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Good knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH and health and safety procedures. Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites.
