Cleaning Supervisor

Location

• High Wycombe -HP12. Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor is required for a site: Monday to Friday - 17:00 to 20:00. Payrate - £15.00. FREE PARKING. CS Cleaning is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to manage our cleaning team at a site in High Wycombe. We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining excellent cleaning standards and leading a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise the daily cleaning operation on site. Allocate daily cleaning duties and ensure all tasks are completed. Monitor cleaning standards and carry out regular quality checks. Support, train and motivate cleaning operatives. Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping and performance. Ensure cleaning schedules and specifications are followed.

Maintain cleaning equipment, stock and chemical supplies. Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day site cleaning matters. Report any issues or concerns to the Operations Management team.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role. Good leadership and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to organise and motivate a team. Good understanding of cleaning procedures and health and safety. Reliable, flexible and proactive approach. Good spoken and written English.
