• Kirkland, WA, Salary Range: $25.00 - $45.00Hourly, Job Category: Service, Hyundai of Kirkland is rapidly expanding, and to support our continued growth, we are actively seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our Service Department. Our recently remodeled facility features 24 fully equipped service stalls, providing an efficient and modern work environment. Each technician is guaranteed a minimum of one dedicated bay, and all manufacturer-required special tools are supplied by the dealership. We are committed to supporting career development and ongoing training. Technicians have access to both Hyundai online and in-person factory training. All online courses are paid, and we offer 8 hours of compensation for each day of in-person training. Automotive Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities Diagnose automotive problems as they arise Conducting inspections, repairing engine failure, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, replacing parts Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout repair/servicing process Warranty and recall work Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team Automotive Technician/Mechanic Benefits and Compensation Flat-Rate: Up to $45.00 (Top performers will have the ability to reach upwards of 180-200 billable hours!)
