Service Appointment Coordinator

Job responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls to the service department and schedule service appointments Follow up with customers on special ordered parts Contact customers about open recalls on their vehicle Assist customers as needed Qualifications: Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills both in person and on the phone. Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.

Basic computer skills required.
