In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently looking for a Pastry Assistant to join our talented team at our state-of-the-art pastry production kitchen near Battersea. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a highly professional pastry environment, producing exceptional products for some of London's most exclusive venues.

Working Hours: Straight shifts Up to 48 hours a week What you will do: Supporting the Head of Pastry Production Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs with daily production Assisting with chocolate production, cutting, packaging, pressing crackers, and other kitchen jobs. Preparing and packaging products ready for distribution Supporting the wider pastry team to ensure production targets are achieved What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a pastry, kitchen or hospitality environment beneficial A strong work ethic and positive attitude Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organisational skills
