Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to and understand customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services. Offer solutions and resolve customer issues effectively. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions.

Build long-term relationships with customers and foster loyalty. Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions. Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions. Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. Basic knowledge of BFSI industry is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
