Material Handler/Shipper who coordinates inventory and product movement between shifts, using RF scanning to maintain accurate counts and documentation while ensuring efficient product flow and daily inventory integrity. They support production lines with material requests and replenishment, safely handle finished goods, raw materials, and damaged/rework items using forklifts and trailers, and process scrap according to procedures.

Team members maintain a clean, safe work area, inspect equipment daily, report defects, follow Lock Out/Tag procedures, and assist with repack and labeling as needed. They complete required monthly LMS assignments, cross-train for shipping and other warehouse duties, and keep equipment certifications current.
