SALARY RANGE:  $185K DOE  Area Director of Finance provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of five to eight hotels. This position partners with Regional Operations, General Managers, and shared service accounting teams to maximize profitability, ensure compliance, improve controls, and support asset value growth.
