RMA Technician

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm with a 1-hour paid lunch break Job Duties: Inspect computers and their components for physical damage, missing parts, or defects before making any physical repairs Follow PC troubleshooting guidelines Document all troubleshooting steps, repairs, and updates in the applicable software Perform repairs on PCs Flash BIOS/firmware updates to the most up-to-date revisions where applicable Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation Perform additional related duties, as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to flex between independent and team-oriented tasks Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills Interpersonal ability Team-oriented Disciplined, independent workflow Proactive critical thinking Adaptability Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of gaming PCs Physical Demands: Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate in person; finger dexterity to access, enter, and retrieve computer data Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50lbs and heavier weights with the proper equipment Able to stand for the duration of the shift Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb to perform work Comprehensive benefits package including: Paid vacation time, sick time, and holidays Company-paid medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401k plan with match Wellness plan
