Inspect worksites. Determinematerial,subcontractorand labor requirements. Participate in pre-construction meetings. Coordinate and direct all on-site activities of Camp employees,sub-contractors, craftsmen,tradesmenand vendors to ensure that Camp’s goals and standards are met. Buy-out of jobs within an approved construction budget of less than $5,000.00 Assistsalesman/project manager with buy-out of jobsin excess of$5,000.00. Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget. Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates,establishoperations, follow local building codes, means and methods. Identify,investigateand select local subcontractors and vendors. Seek outadditionalways to achieve excellence, both personally and corporately Our Requirements: Ability to travel a minimum of 75% locally Construction experiencerequired,multi-family preferred Highschool Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Experience in Procore preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suiterequired Excellent organizational skills High sense of urgency Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractors High integrity Authoritative and resourceful decision maker Resourcefulandcreative problem solver CAMP is EOE, compensation is DOE
