Primary Care Physician (Spanish Bilingual) – Up to $280,000 Clermont, Florida We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-focused healthcare organization on a full-time, permanent basis. This established network of primary care clinics serves communities throughout Florida and is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Providers are supported by a strong operational infrastructure that minimizes administrative burdens, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care and building meaningful patient relationships. Compensation

& Benefits Base salary: $250,000–$280,000, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Malpractice insurance provided CME allowance with paid CME time off PTO package with negotiable vacation time Relocation assistance available Established patient base and clinical support staff Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Phone-only call rotation approximately every 6 weeks Manageable patient volume with strong clinical support Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain Spanish bilingual required Commitment to preventive, value-based primary care About the Opportunity Join a rapidly expanding network of primary care practices with multiple locations throughout Florida.
