Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Security Consultant with expertise in Intelligence & Operations, you play a crucial role in helping Client IT understand and address key security issues, exposures, and vulnerabilities. You possess deep knowledge of security intelligence and operations, enabling you to articulate effective security strategies and mitigation measures. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Security Strategies: Develop and recommend effective security strategies, programs, plans, and mitigation measures by applying security principles, counter-threat intelligence, and your understanding of security intelligence and operations.
- Enhance Security Posture: Enhance Client IT's security posture through proactive threat hunting and intelligence-driven defense strategies, leveraging your expertise in security intelligence and operations.
- Articulate IBM's SIOC and SIEM: Articulate IBM's SIOC and SIEM points of view, including financial implications, to help clients understand the value of security intelligence and operations.
- Analyze Cyber Threats: Analyze various cyber threats and develop effective mitigation measures, utilizing your hands-on experience with tools like QRadar.
- Drive Threat Intelligence: Drive threat intelligence and operations to identify and address key security issues, exposures, and vulnerabilities.Required technical and professional expertise• Deep Knowledge of Security Intelligence and Operations: Possess in-depth understanding of security intelligence and operations, including security principles, counter-threat intelligence, and their application in developing effective security strategies and mitigation measures.
- Hands-on Experience with Security Tools: Have hands-on experience with security tools like QRadar, with the ability to analyze various cyber threats and develop effective mitigation measures.
- Expertise in Threat Hunting and Defense: Possess expertise in proactive threat hunting and intelligence-driven defense strategies, with the ability to enhance an organization's security posture.
- Understanding of Financial Implications: Have a deep understanding of the financial implications of security intelligence and operations, including the ability to articulate the value of security investments.
- Experience with Threat Intelligence and Operations: Have experience driving threat intelligence and operations to identify and address key security issues, exposures, and vulnerabilities.Preferred technical and professional experience
- Advanced Threat Analysis: Experience with analyzing complex cyber threats and developing effective mitigation measures, utilizing expertise in security intelligence and operations.
- SIEM and SOAR Expertise: Hands-on experience with QRadar, Splunk and Next-SIEM (Google, PANW, MS, etc.) including configuring and utilizing the tool to identify and address key security issues, exposures, and vulnerabilities.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of the financial implications of security intelligence and operations, including the ability to articulate the value of security investments and drive business outcomes.
