Fast to process your personal data in accordance with the Policy and the applicable regulations on personal data protection Provide remote repair consultation based on support requests from Dealers/Third-Party Partners in compliance with company standards.

Offer on-site support and directly handle complex or new technical issues. Analyze technical problems to propose improvements and standardize technical support processes. Coordinate and implement advanced technical training programs for Dealers/Third-Party Partners. Conduct audits and quality control of repair activities performed by Dealers/Third-Party Partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare periodic reports on technical support performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical support or after-sales service, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair standards. Experience in managing dealer networks and third-party service providers.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to work in multicultural environments. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems. English fluency required. We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
