Quality Assurance Examiner - General Liability / E&O

You'll be a key contributor to the company's operational excellence by conducting quality assurance reviews within our Commercial General Liability and Errors and Omissions lines.  With skills in leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building, you'll share file review results and host calibration sessions.  In the spirit of continuous improvement, you'll use your analytical skills to identify claim handling trends and create reports to members of our leadership team with recommendations for improvement.

This position requires advanced industry knowledge and strong technical claims handling acumen.
