Job Specific Communicate effectively with Stylists about capturing client content Proven results in Social Media Marketing/Content creation Ability to capture and create engaging content, with a short turn around (i.e Instagram stories, Reels, Tik. Tok ,etc.) We put out content throughout our entire day Plan and execute all social media campaigns.

Design, build, and maintain social media presence; focus on social media strategy that converts to sales. Expert eye for design and image/brand compatibility Proficient in editing Measures and reports performance of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals. Implements new and creative growth strategies. Collaborates with internal teams to optimize client experience.

Experience with Shopify marketing is a plus. Training New Hires - participate in 30 day, 60 day & 90 day goals Participate in Management Check-Ins Receive new monthly goals and discount code Talk about any issues, concerns, positive/negative feedback Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or clients in the salon that require attention Assist in all areas of salon operations as requested by management Physical Demands: Must be willing to hold lighting equipment for an extended period of time Must be willing to lift / move delivery packages that are less than 30 lbs Must be willing to work on their feet all day Must be willing and able to go up and down the stairs (as needed) Salary $17 - $22 per hour
