Recruiter

As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Recruiter is to support the HR department in attracting and recruiting exceptional talent for diverse positions within the hotel by collaborating closely with management to gain a deep understanding of specific personnel requirements, job specifications, duties and desired qualifications and skills.

This role will review applications, conduct phone interviews, provide applicants with information about the hotel and the positions they are applying for, and refer qualified candidates for additional interviews. A crucial part of this role is to engage with applicants in a friendly and professional manner, showcasing excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with management.
