Retail Attendant (Part Time) $12/hr

As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Retail Attendant is to attractively maintain the hotel’s Gift Shop and provide welcoming service to our guests. This role is crucial in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for hotel guests by keeping the gift shop clean and presentable, arranging merchandise displays, and monitoring inventory levels.

A positive customer experience is a key aspect of the role by greeting each customer entering the Gift Shop and offering assistance, showing a friendly and helpful demeanor. This role is responsible for completing sales transactions, assisting with inventory, and elevating the guest experience. Efficiently restocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise, ensuring items are well-organized.
